How do I create an account and start?
Create an account from the sign-up page, then browse courses or learning paths and choose what fits you. Free enrollments are usually instant; paid programs follow checkout and review when applicable.
Payment methods and when is access activated?
We support the options shown at checkout (for example bank transfer, wallets, or online payment). After you complete payment and any required verification, access is activated according to the instructions on the payment screen — often within one business day.
What is the difference between a course and a learning path?
A course focuses on one language or professional skill (for example call center or tourism). A learning path is an ordered set of courses toward a broader career goal (for example preparing to work in Germany). Enrolling in a path typically includes all courses in that path.
How do I get my certificate?
After you complete the course or path requirements, you can download your completion certificate from your dashboard when available. Certificates can often be verified through our certificate verification page.
